LOGOS Platform ("LOGOS", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Helvino Technologies Limited ("Helvino Technologies"), a technology company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LOGOS Platform website, mobile-installable web app, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, installing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; when we make material changes, we will ask existing users to review and re-accept them before continuing to use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority in your country of residence, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@helvino.org if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

You retain ownership of the posts, prayer requests, messages, and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Helvino Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You are solely responsible for the User Content you share and for ensuring you have the right to share it.
The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including cloud file storage/image hosting, real-time video/audio infrastructure, transactional email delivery, and an AI language model provider for the AI Assistant feature. These providers process data on our behalf as described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the independent policies or practices of unaffiliated third parties you choose to interact with through the Service (e.g., links shared by other users).
You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting info@helvino.org. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to other users, or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately; certain data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. LOGOS Platform is a community and devotional tool; it is not a substitute for professional pastoral counseling, medical advice, mental-health support, or emergency services. Responses from the AI Assistant are generated by an automated system and may be inaccurate or incomplete; they do not constitute theological, legal, medical, or professional advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helvino Technologies Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.
